The most recent topic for our group De Uitdaging is "Logo". When reading this topic, I thought about the book "no logo" by Naomi Klein right away.
It is a book about the influence of the big multinational companies on our society, the designer and consumer madness and how it can be done in a different way. Because this book is about the 'battle' against the pressure of world rands, it has become the handbook for the anti globalist, making it, ironically enougth, a brand in its own right.
I started making some stencills and stenciling on white fabric. When I was finished I had a little bit of leftover paint, which I used to adorn an old T-shirt with.
