Wat te doen met restjes batting

Je kunt ze gebruiken om fiberkaarten mee te maken, of ATC's, of pannenlappen. Of je kunt ze gebruiken als vulling in een kussen of een stoffen beest of pop. Bij de stashbusters werd gesuggereerd om ze als swifferdoekje te gebruiken, of om een stuk over je schouder te hangen tijdens het naaien of quilten, losse draadjes schijnen er als een magneet door te worden aangetrokken.

En je kunt er ook:
tuinkers op kweken. De plantjes wortelen in de fiberfill en als je ze dan gaat oogsten komt er geen aarde tussen je tuinkers. Vroeger op school deden we dit op watten, maar door de lossere structuur van de fiberfill kunnen de plantjes makkelijker wortelen.

You can make fibercards with them, Or ATCs, or potholders. Or you can stuff pillows and toys with them. On stashbusters people recommended them as a magnet for little stray threads, like Swiffer.
And, you can also grow garden cress on it, which actually works quite well. Because of the airy structure, the little cresses can root quite easily and when harvest time has come, you don't have all that soil in your cress.
