en voor de kinderen de "NG-junior" en de "Zo zit dat".
I actually was afraid to show my purchases from the show in Birmingham because I purchased a bit much. But then I read this message on Helen's blog and I thought oh well, I am not so bad after all. I just love the way she categorizes her purchases in a way that she actually needed them all.
I had planned not to buy fabrics and I didn't. Of course this had to be compensated, so I bought many books, which fall into two categories: books with techniques (to learn from) and catalogs of great artquilts (looking at good quilts can be really educational). The rest of my purchases are all supplies for "Quilten speciaal", an quilt design course I am taking. So actually, all my purchases are for educational purposes, that's category 4 on Helen's blog. The first mug is the only thing I bought just for the sake of having it (I just love the text on it), the second mug is a gift for my husband, I bought it in Holland. Of course I didn't forget the children, they got magazines.
