Druk!

Ben bezig met het maken van een quilt met blokken zoals die ik zaterdag liet zien. Ik wil hem, als ik hem tenminste goed genoeg vind, insturen naar de tentoonstelling in Birmingham (waar ik ook heen ga trouwens, samen met Sonja) en het inschrijfformulier moet 29 mei binnen zijn, dus ik zit als een kip zonder kop te naaien zodat ik in ieder geval weet hoe groot de quilt ongeveer wordt (gelukkig hoeft er geen foto bij).

Ik kan nog helemaal niks laten zien, maar aan de inhoud van de prullenmand is duidelijk te zien wat voor kleuren het worden:

I'm sewing like a maniac in order to make a quilt with blocks like I showed you last saturday. If it turns out right, I want to sent it to the big show in Birmingham, so I am on a really tight deadline (the entry forms have to be there at may 29th, luckily I don't have to add a picture), so that I al least know the size the quilt will be.

Of course I cannot show you anything yet, apart from the little pieces of fabric that landed in the trash.
